John Kitzhaber: Early Childhood Education
In May, the City Club of Eugene offered to host a debate for Oregon’s 2010 Gubernatorial General Election and extended invitations to John Kitzhaber, the Democratic Party candidate, and Chris Dudley, the Republican candidate. John Kitzhaber accepted the City Club’s invitation, and this month, Mr. Dudley declined the invitation.In lieu of a debate, Governor Kitzhaber offered to speak on the topic of Early Childhood Education.
