Have an idea for a forum? Use this form to submit your idea.

After we receive your idea it will be placed on the Program Committee agenda for an upcoming meeting. Ideas are discussed and prioritized based upon depth of interest in the community, frequency of the topic, availability of dates, speaker calendars, and other such scheduling factors. Proposals are voted upon by the full committee.

The public is welcome to attend meetings. The Program Committee meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 12 noon; on the 3rd floor of the Atrium Building in the Saul Room (99 W 10th Ave, Eugene). Schedule changes might occur, please check with the City Club’s event calendar to confirm the date and time before showing up in person.
